#1: Make A List Of The Areas/Habits In Your Life You Would Like To Change


Don't worry about how you are going to change. Think about the things that you need to change in your daily routine in order to be more effective. Be honest with yourself. This is for your own good so write down the changes you want to make in your life. Be positive and believe that you can do it. If you are the type who wakes up late, start waking up early. Set your alarm a little earlier each week until you reach the desired time to get up. Once you create the habit it will be easy to get out of bed earlier. #2: Start Small


Pick two habits from your list that you want to change and make a daily and weekly plan to change them for the next three months. After three months, repeat the process for the next two habits. Be persistent. Successful habits need a lot of perseverance and self belief. Don't punish yourself if you fall off the wagon. Failure prepares us for success and makes us stronger. By starting small, the change will not overwhelm you too much.


#3: Visualize How You Will Feel In A Year. You Will Have 8 New Habits!
